The Technological Core
The technological core of the company is formed by the combination of a state-of-the-art paper machine and a team with specific production know-how.
The Paper Machine
The paper machine consists of a long flat panel equipped with a top former, as well as the presses and dryer section. This technology renders it possible to produce 450 tonnes/day of single-ply paperboard with very high delamination resistance values, which would be difficult to achieve with any other type of paper machine.
SET-UP
In the set-up section, the paperboard is cut according to the customer’s specifications, thanks to a fully-computerised system that ensures the precision of the cutting in line with the minimum tolerances guaranteed by the advanced capabilities.
