The Quality Control System

Within our Quality System, we have developed a tool that is able to control every single operation throughout the manufacturing of the product, through a DCS (Distributed Control System). This instrument records the progression of each variable in the process, thus allowing an a posteriori analysis of the entire production process, with a definition down to minutes and seconds, even after several months from the time of manufacture, thus facilitating a full understanding of all events.
